Booking and No Show / Cancellations Fees - There are non-refundable BOOKING FEES payable for ALL appointments. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to amend any appointment. NO SHOW Policy: If you move, cancel, are late, or don't turn up (with less than 24 hours notice), Tivoli HotWax will classify this as a NO SHOW, and you will be liable for the full appointment cost. This will be deducted from the card details we hold on file for you or an invoice will be emailed to you. This fee will need to be paid before booking any further appointments with us. Check your confirmation email for full details once you've booked. If you are not happy to accept these terms, please do not book.
